"Ladi Cal" is a specialized application designed for monitoring and managing basal body temperature in women. It provides a systematic approach to tracking daily temperature readings, enabling users to anticipate ovulation dates relative to their menstrual cycle, with visual representation through temperature graphs.

The app also allows users to log body weight and body fat percentage alongside basal body temperature, offering a comprehensive view of physiological changes that can inform health management decisions.

Key features include:

<li>Basal Body Temperature Input and Visualization: Temperature data entered each morning are displayed on a calendar and graphical chart, with color coding—blue for lower temperatures and red for higher temperatures—to facilitate trend analysis.</li>
<li>Body Weight and Fat Percentage Tracking: These metrics are similarly displayed on calendars and graphs, with options to toggle their visibility or switch to a dedicated temperature-only view.</li>
<li>Data Sharing with Health App: The app integrates with the iPhone's Health app, allowing logged data such as body temperature, weight, and fat percentage to be stored externally, though this is not mandatory for app operation.</li>
<li>Additional Inputs: Supports logging of notes, menstruation periods, ovulatory pain, vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge, and sexual activity. Users can customize icons and labels for these entries, as well as choose which items are visible or hidden. Up to three custom items can also be added.</li>
<li>Menstrual and Ovulation Forecasting: Uses cycle data to predict ovulation dates, displaying expected menstruation and ovulation days on calendars and graphs.</li>
<li>Graph Export and Printing: Users can export graphical data via email or print directly from the app for record-keeping or consultation purposes.</li>
<li>Data Backup and Restoration: Facilitates secure backup of all crucial data via email; restoring data is straightforward by importing backup files.</li>
<li>Customizable Settings: Through the iPhone Settings app, users can adjust measurement units (℃/℉), temperature display ranges, theme appearance (with multiple patterns), passcode security, display options for each data item, calendar start day (Monday or Sunday), and visibility of average temperature lines in graphs.</li>
<li>Passcode Lock: An optional security feature enables locking of the application upon startup, with the choice to disable if preferred.</li>
</ul>

Note: There have been reports of occasional data loss during app use. Users experiencing issues are encouraged to send detailed information—including device model, operating system version, download date, and incident description—to "ynosuke@gmail.com" for assistance.
